You will lead and drive systematic continuous improvement of the operations organization, processes, mechanisms and methodologies across the entire operations value chain (production and supply chain). You will establish, implement, optimize and iterate operational standards, management systems and data-driven mechanisms, lead lean manufacturing and digital transformation, and pursue sustainable continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s global operational system strategy.

2. Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing

￮ Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects using lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, etc.) to eliminate waste, optimize process flow and improve system-level efficiency.

￮ Support the digital transformation of operations, participate in the selection, deployment and optimization of digital systems (MES, SPC, ERP, etc.) to realize digital management and control of production and supply chain.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Value Chain Alignment

￮ Participate in the investigation and analysis of internal/external non-conformities, production defects and supply chain deviations.

￮ Develop CAPA reports, track implementation and verification, and optimize related processes and mechanisms to prevent recurrence.
