SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance across our operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and operations teams to optimize processes, implement lean strategies, and introduce innovative manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll DoLead Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement- Manage and mentor manufacturing and industrial engineering resources
- Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives
- Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement culture
- Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, workflows, tooling, and production processes
- Lead BOM and routing structure accuracy and standardization efforts
- Analyze production flow and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and throughput
- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and jigs to support manufacturing operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, safety, and operational performance
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to support equipment and facility needs
- Assist with plant layout optimization including machinery, assembly areas, and warehouse space
- Support capital projects related to equipment upgrades, automation, and process improvements
- Participate in facility planning initiatives to improve workflow and productivity
- Lead projects from concept through implementation
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational problems
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improvement and execution
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and powder coating processes
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and workflow analysis
- Experience supporting capital equipment or facility improvement projects
Experience with:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- AutoCAD, DraftSight, and/or SolidWorks
- ERP systems (Macola experience preferred)
- Standard manufacturing measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
