- Lead engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring activities are completed and documented in accordance with established new product development procedures.
- Manage projects involving the introduction of new manufacturing equipment, including qualification and validation activities.
- Evaluate and optimise manufacturing process layouts to support new process integration, efficient use of floor space, and effective product flow.
- Ensure manufacturing processes and products comply with applicable operational, material, and quality specifications.
- Support component and equipment selection through specification review, reliability assessment, and regulatory compliance evaluation.
- Partner with quality engineering teams to develop testing methods, inspection protocols, and manufacturing controls for new products.
- Participate in process risk assessments, control planning, process validation, measurement system analysis, and product launch activities.
- Provide technical training to manufacturing personnel and ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related engineering role.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product design, and process design.

Ireland Pay Ranges:
- Ireland: €47,000 - €77,000 EUR Annual
