As Business Leader, you will lead components manufacturing for rotating parts supporting key engine programs including T700, F404, F414, and CF34. The position provides direct leadership to 8-12 salaried team members and has overall accountability for a total organization of up to 120 employees operating across three shifts in a unionized manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for aligning resources, building frontline leadership capability, and ensuring effective shift-to-shift execution to meet production requirements while maintaining strong labor relations, workforce engagement, and compliance with site, contractual, and regulatory expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees. This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.
- Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. The base pay range for this position is 136,000.00 - 181,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
