Job Description

Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Selects appropriate testing approach
• Develops and executes test plans and test cases. 
• Collaborates across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage.
• Identifies improvements in requirements, design or specification processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
• Analyses and reports on test activities, results, issues and risks, including the work of others
• Proficient in Software Testing
• Familiar with Test Management Techniques
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops to transfer expertise and best practices within the testing team and across the organization.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Data Testing
• Excellent understanding of testing principles, methods, and processes
• Excellent knowledge of manual testing methods & frameworks, preferably in a web mobile and backend environment, and a proven track record of success in this area
• Familiarity with Test Case Management and Bug Tracking tools like Jira TestRail, xRay, Azure DevOps server, Rally, Zephyr, etc.
• Proficient in collecting test metrics, analyzing results of test execution, and creating comprehensive automation summary reports
• Exposure to design and implement Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Approach
• Test: Functional, integration, Smoke & Stress
• Experience in testing Web Services
• Able to meet deadlines and objectives without constant management.
• Desirable:  ISTQB Certification or other relevant certifications.
