Job Description:

Role Summary The job holder is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance the company's market position. This role combines strategic brand management, partnership development, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and product marketing to create a cohesive and impactful marketing approach. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the company's image, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing leadership and execution.The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance the company's market position. This role combines strategic brand management, partnership development, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and product marketing to create a cohesive and impactful marketing approach. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the company's image, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing leadership and execution.Job Responsibilities 1. Lead brand management and marketing strategy

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensure consistent messaging across channels, manage brand assets, conduct health tracking, and drive holistic marketing practices aligned with enterprise strategy. Provide guidance to business leaders on marketing issues and brand strategies.

2. Oversee partnerships and corporate social responsibility initiatives

  • Develop and execute partnership and affinity marketing strategies. Establish impactful CSR and philanthropy plans, integrating initiatives into overall brand narrative. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

3. Manage planning, execution and resource allocation

  • Develop holistic view of marketing efforts, optimizing for efficiency. Build capabilities across data analytics, digital acquisition, and distribution. Manage overall marketing budget, track KPIs, and align with corporate, regional, and local priorities.

4. Direct product marketing efforts

  • Create product marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop messaging frameworks, collaborate on product development, analyze competitors, and execute product launch communications.

5. Provide strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration

  • Establish marketing leadership practices, drive alignment across teams, leverage regional/global scale for initiatives. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, product teams, and other departments to ensure integrated efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles with at least 5 years of experience in brand management. Candidates with experience in banking or insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop cohesive brand/marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
  • Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
