Your role
As a Senior Manager, Wealth & Tax Advisory within our Wealth & Family Office team, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact advisory services to high-net-worth families and multigenerational clients. You will:
- Provide advanced Canadian tax planning and advisory services across personal, corporate, trust, and estate contexts.
- Partner closely with our financial planners to design integrated wealth, tax, and estate strategies.
- Support Family Office clients with tax optimization, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value through proactive planning, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic insight.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for families with complex structures and unique needs.
- Compliance work mostly limited to reviewing Wealth & Family Office related clients.
- Mentor, coach, and lead team members, contributing to the continued growth of the Wealth & Family Office practice.
What you bring to the table
- CPA designation with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive Canadian tax experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of Canadian tax legislation, including experience advising high-net-worth individuals, and family enterprises, trusts, estates, and corporate groups.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality advisory engagements and tax planning strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 per annum
