Why you want this job

We’re looking for a seasoned and data-driven professional to take ownership of our video advertising strategy, execution, and performance across YouTube, YouTube TV, Connected TV (CTV), and Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in video advertising, with the ability to directly connect media investments to tangible business outcomes like traffic growth, brand lift, lead generation, and conversions. This role is essential in linking our video advertising efforts to overall business growth and brand equity.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the video advertising strategy across YouTube, YouTube TV, CTV, and OTT platforms to improve reach, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Platform Management: Coordinate ad trafficking, budget management, and audience segmentation, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Agency Management: Guide and manage agency relationships to ensure alignment with our organizational goals, driving excellence in campaign execution and measurement.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to craft compelling video campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance the effectiveness of our video advertising efforts.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze key video advertising metrics such as audience reach, impressions, video completion rates, traffic, brand awareness, and GRPs. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our video advertising strategy remains ground breaking and competitive.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver insights-driven reports that demonstrate the impact of video advertising on brand awareness, lead generation, and sales forecasting.

What you'll need

  • Extensive experience in managing video advertising on YouTube, CTV, and OTT platforms.
  • Strong analytical competence with a proven ability to optimize multi-channel marketing efforts for key business outcomes.
  • Expertise in media buying, demand generation, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric environment, with a strategic and creative attitude.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
