You'll be responsible for the following:
The Usage Manager, Growth Marketing is expected to provide strategic leadership, direction and development of growth drivers across their assigned vertical to ensure delivery of usage penetration and revenues across their assigned use cases for GCash
Responsible for the management of marketing programs related to assigned vertical
Design growth drivers based on customer insights, and that are distinct to competition, to drive usage and revenue of the different use cases
Accountable for user penetration and usage across diff use cases along with accompanying revenue targets
Ensure A&P is planned for and used efficiently and effectively for the growth team
Lead measurement and evaluation agenda to maximize conversion and identify opportunities for improvement
Build and develops a collaborative culture with partners and builds their own teams of marketers
We are looking for:
5+ plus years of Brand Marketing and exposure to commercial leadership
Commercial acumen in digital arena, with clear e-commerce conversion funnel knowledge, online consumer understanding and proven record of results driven from digital business opportunities
Information management, and analytical skills
Project Management skills
Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills.
Finance knowledge (P&L, Measurement & Evaluation)
