The Sr. Manager, Consumer sits within the Vaccines Consumer team and will work with the consumer marketing directors leading Prevnar Peds and Prevnar Adult consumer marketing. As a flexible member of the Vaccines Consumer team, the Sr. Manager may also support other brands and priority workstreams across the portfolio as business needs evolve. Working under the direction of the brand consumer Director(s), the Sr. Manager will help develop and execute branded consumer strategies and tactics - including website and platform migrations, CRM, influencer programs, and patient education assets - and help ensure coordinated pull-through across channels. The ideal candidate brings strong consumer marketing fundamentals, sharp execution instincts, comfort navigating a matrixed organization, and a track record of translating strategy into compliant, on-time execution across multiple workstreams.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director(s) in developing and executing branded consumer strategies, campaigns, and messaging across Prevnar Peds and Prevnar Adult, keeping customer insights at the forefront and translating them into on-strategy tactics
- Manage branded website and platform migrations across the Prevnar portfolio - including Zenith migrations for Prevnar Peds and Prevnar Adult (English and Spanish) and ongoing site updates (e.g., BCC.com GEO Phase 2) - ensuring a seamless, compliant consumer experience
- Manage Prevnar Peds CRM (email and SMS), and patient education assets across both brands including English and Spanish brochure suites, tactic refreshes, and doctor discussion guides, ensuring materials reflect current recommendations and the consumer campaign strategy
- Support Prevnar Peds influencer programs - core program and segment-test sprints - in partnership with the CMO organization, ensuring messaging aligns with brand strategy and compliance
- Partner with the Media and Pfizer BAI/analytics teams to support digital, social, and search execution and to embed measurement (dashboards, KPIs, tracking), adjusting based on insights
- Collaborate and align with the Director(s), Vaccines Consumer leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure plans work in synergy and deliver a cohesive consumer experience across the Prevnar portfolio
- Flex to support other Vaccines Consumer brands and priority workstreams across the portfolio as business needs evolve

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or diagnostic industry: 6+ years with BS/BA degree; 5+ years with MBA
- Consumer marketing experience with proven ability to successfully deliver in fast paced and highly competitive environments
- Experience working across different channels; digital/social experience required
- Ability to understand Consumer needs and translate these into meaningful strategies and tactics
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative idea development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior Vaccines experience helpful, but not required
- Retail/pharmacy marketing experience, including development of in-store patient-facing materials and trade partner collaboration, is a meaningful plus
- Experience working in a matrixed marketing organization, including collaboration with a centralized creative/CMO function on unbranded or disease-awareness campaigns
- Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate and enhance plans

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
