What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is looking for an experienced growth marketer who has excelled in highly cross-functional environments. This role requires someone with strong go-to-market expertise, the ability to plan multi-channel marketing for client acquisition, and experience influencing the end-to-end product. This person needs to be a fluent Spanish speaker and ideally has experience working with the US Hispanic population. 

What will you do?
  • Localize and tailor the BetterHelp product to serve Spanish speakers in the US.
  • Manage BetterHelp’s marketing budget aimed at Spanish speakers. 
  • Optimize the media mix and marketing budget across all channels- including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio. 
  • Represent the cultural nuance, needs and preferences of the US Hispanic audience to help BH better understand the segment. .
  • Manage supply and demand balance for Spanish speaking therapists and clients.
  • Use data and business cases to champion Spanish speaking segment growth
  • Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams (including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations and more)  
  • Develop the medium and long term growth plan, product, and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Requirements
  • 7+ years working in fast-paced technology, marketing and/or consulting companies 
  • Fluent in Spanish- both written and spoken
  • Deep familiarity with US Hispanic consumer attitudes and preferences

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
