Senior Manager, Transitions and Transformation

Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Transitions and Transformation leads complex business process and strategic transformation initiatives across multiple markets and functions. The role combines internal consulting, transformation, program management, execution, change management, and executive storytelling to structure ambiguous problems, assess opportunities, build business cases and transformation plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable value. Success requires stakeholder leadership, process and project management expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority and engage senior leaders. The role will initially focus on LATAM markets and the U.S. business, partnering closely with local and global teams. Professional Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
About the team:
The LATAM Transformation team collaborates with market and global leadership to identify, develop, and implement initiatives that simplify operations, enhance productivity, and strengthen controls. By leveraging global platforms, AI, centralization, and subject matter expertise, the team drives business transformation across Business, Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Enterprise Business Services. They guide projects from opportunity assessment and business-case development through governance and execution to benefit realization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable improvements in processes and performance.

What you'll do...

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity identification and coordinate execution across markets and global teams, proactively identifying obstacles to keep commitments and timelines on track.
• Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and benefit tracking with Finance and business teams.
• Create clear executive progress updates, presentations, and compelling storylines for senior leadership. Establish communication cadences, ensuring timely updates, clear escalation paths, accountability, and execution.
• Build trusted relationships across functions, markets, and organizational levels, navigating a large global organization effectively. 
• Leverage AI, automation, and global solutions to improve productivity. Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, accelerate transformation and improve productivity.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, program management, financial transformation, PMO, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across stakeholders, markets, and workstreams.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, PowerPoint, and presentation-development skills for senior leadership communication.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into practical actions.
• Strong program-management, organizational, ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Strong judgment in fast-moving, changing environments.
• Global and cross-market experience strongly preferred.
• Professional Spanish strongly preferred; some international travel required. Experience working in LATAM markets is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
