Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our Global Tax function, based in Hyderabad. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting within the Global Transfer Pricing team.
The role spans both operational and strategic transfer pricing work, from ensuring robust documentation and compliance across our global entity network, to contributing to complex planning projects, intercompany pricing design, and audit defense.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Transfer Pricing Analytics and Operations: Oversee transfer pricing documentation for assigned jurisdictions, including Master File, Local Files, and CbCR coordination. Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure alignment with the group’s transfer pricing policy. Coordinate with local finance teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Support profitability monitoring, intercompany price setting and benchmarking analyses across the group.
- Strategic & Planning: Contribute to the design and implementation of transfer pricing models for new business structures, transactions, and operating model changes. Support APA negotiations and management of transfer pricing audits across jurisdictions. Assist in the analysis of strategic projects including restructurings, acquisitions, and supply chain changes from a transfer pricing perspective. Monitor OECD/BEPS developments and assess implications for the group’s transfer pricing framework.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to local finance and business teams on transfer pricing matters. Prepare and deliver internal training and guidance materials on transfer pricing policy and compliance obligations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing, combining Big 4 with in-house MNC exposure. Strong technical foundation across the full transfer pricing spectrum: documentation, benchmarking, controversy, and planning.
- Hands-on experience with BEPS Action 13 documentation requirements and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
- Exposure to APA processes and tax authority interactions across major jurisdictions. Ability to work independently in a global matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to synthesize complex issues clearly for non-tax audiences.
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with cross‑functional teams.
