The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the global transfer pricing function for IFF.IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences. We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Partner with global stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies that align with IFF’s business objectives and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with international tax and tax planning teams on strategic initiatives, restructuring projects, and cross-border tax planning opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models and quantitative analyses to support transfer pricing planning, implementation, and business decision-making.
- Support tax provision and tax compliance activities by managing key transfer pricing calculations, analyses, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor affiliate profitability and economic outcomes to ensure alignment with established transfer pricing policies and target returns.
- Lead initiatives that improve transfer pricing processes, controls, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies across the organization.
- Partner with regional tax teams to support transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (BAPA), and competent authority matters.
- Educate and advise finance, tax, and business stakeholders on transfer pricing strategies, policies, risks, and legislative developments.
- Oversee global transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while maintaining robust internal support files.
- What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience within a public accounting firm, multinational corporation, or a combination of both.
- Strong knowledge of global transfer pricing principles, regulations, and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
- Experience supporting transfer pricing aspects of international tax planning and strategic business initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and financial modeling, including the ability to analyze large data sets and identify meaningful insights.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing documentation requirements, compliance processes, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across tax, finance, and business functions.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders.
