Your Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quarterly transfer pricing profit review process, driving automation initiatives, and coordinating across global finance, tax, and business teams. This role ensures accurate execution of transfer pricing policies, data integrity, and alignment between business operations and global tax requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead quarterly and annual profit monitoring processes across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Oversee entity profitability analyses.

  • Partner with Finance, Tax, and Regional Controllers to ensure accurate posting of intercompany charges.

  • Support and maintain audit-ready documentation for profit reviews and adjustments.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data flow, reporting, and accuracy.

  • Serve as primary liaison between global and regional stakeholders for operational transfer pricing matters.

  • Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and company transfer pricing policies.

  • Assist in continuous process improvement and standardization of global TP operations.

  • Support audits and internal reviews by preparing and providing relevant documentation.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, or finance operations.

  • Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and profit-level monitoring.

  • Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM).

  • Experience with automation or data-workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate) preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across global time zones.

Nice to have:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
