ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for driving volume and share growth for Phorm Energy by managing the execution and optimization of brand programming across all channels. The position partners closely with regional trade marketing teams to align strategies, evaluate ROI, and execute Phorm Energy activations. It also involves coaching Trade Activation Managers and wholesaler sales teams, leading channel-specific pilots, and ensuring effective translation of local activations for broader media amplification. The ideal candidate brings strong sales or marketing experience, deep knowledge of how to drive trial and brand awareness, and proven leadership capabilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the implementation of Phorm Energy brand programming within the off-premise channel to deliver volume and share growth in close partnership w/ Region Trade Marketing teams
Manage the ROI for channel programs
Communicate results and priorities weekly/monthly for activation programs
Coach and mentor Trade Activation Managers and wholesaler sales teams
Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers
Cascade annual/trimester channel blueprint (Initiatives and Programs)
Translate local activation efforts into content that can be leveraged for Media amplification
KPI's - Channel volume, share, program execution, distribution, social media effectiveness for Phorm Energy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience
In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization
Strong communication skills, both internal and external
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tool
Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the Off-Premise Channel
Region trade marketing and/or category experience
Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
