Job Description Summary:
This role has two positions.
Job Summary: As a Total Rewards Project Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the the successful delivery of global Total Rewards (TR) projects Projects will be cross-discipline including Benefits, Compensation, Share Plans, Recognition, and TR Operations.
Key Responsibilities can include:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global TR projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Act as a main point of contact for project related inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive relationships.

Identify opportunities for process improvements contributing to best practices for our project management delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project-related activities, including project plans, status reports, and compliance records.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. PM certifications are a plus.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to adjust to changes and set priorities to meet deadlines.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with TR experience in a global context.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.

Demonstrates comfort in a fast-paced, delivery execution environment where priorities shift frequently.

Familiarity with various project management software and tools. Agile or Scrum methodology experience preferred.

Pay Range:
$125,000 - $141,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
