We have an exciting new opportunity as our Sr. Manager, Testing Engineering in the Cloud Operations and Risk Management department. The Cloud Operations and Risk Management is the team that supports Cloud Platform, Performance Test Engineering, Test Enablement, Information Security, Application Support, and Architecture. As a key member of our Cloud Operations and Risk Management, you will be leading testing standards and testing best practices for the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Establish best practices for test engineers across various engineering domains.
- Conduct multiple annual training sessions on best practices for test engineers.
- Define coding standards for test automation.
- Choose appropriate technologies for testing automation tools.
- Select tools for managing test cases.
- Collaborate with domain owners to set and monitor quality metrics.
- Develop best practices for performance testing.
- Work with the performance testing lead to ensure timely execution of tests.
- Manage the escalation process for performance test results and blockers.
- Lead the Performance Testing team.
- Lead the Release Management team.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

This is a leadership role that will report to the Sr. Director Cloud Operations and Risk Management. You will have 6 direct reports and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
