Job Requisition Summary
ADI's Data Centre & Energy (DCE) High Voltage and Protection PTE organization is seeking a Senior Test Engineering Manager to join the existing leadership team and help lead a growing global engineering organization. Reporting into the DCE HVP-PTE Manager, this role will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team supporting new product development, product engineering, design evaluation, validation, test development and manufacturing readiness for ADI's high-voltage and protection product portfolio.
The successful candidate will provide both technical and people leadership, driving execution across the product lifecycle from concept through production release while partnering closely with global Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams. The role will focus on developing engineering talent, enabling innovation, improving development efficiency, and delivering robust solutions that support ADI's strategic growth in AI infrastructure, Data Centre and Energy markets.
Team Job Role Includes but is Not Limited To:
- Help build and develop a high-performing engineering team supporting new product development, design evaluation, validation, product engineering and test development activities.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams to define and execute product development and manufacturing readiness strategies.
- Help drive silicon validation, characterization, qualification and production test solutions for ADI's power and protection product portfolio.
- Lead resolution of complex technical, product, test and manufacturing challenges through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage project priorities, resources and schedules to ensure successful execution of product development milestones.
- Recruit, mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Support global manufacturing operations to improve product yield, quality, reliability and time-to-market.
- Champion engineering best practices, automation and reusable solutions to improve efficiency, scalability and organizational capability.
Job Requirements
BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline with at least 10+ years of product development experience with proven leadership capabilities, a passion for developing people, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced global environment. Candidates should possess extensive experience in product development, validation, test, product engineering or related disciplines, along with a demonstrated track record of building and leading successful engineering teams.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
