To define the standardization and implementation of new or enhancements to the technical training lifecycle portfolio impacting key Operations' business objectives across a plant location or multiple plants within a network.
How You'll Make an Impact:

Develop and plan technical training projects around manufacturing systems and training facilities / equipment with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established schedule, scope and quality objectives.

Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects and/or initiatives

Identify and evaluate continuous Process Improvement (CPI) opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements

Oversee the delivery and effectivity of the technical training framework standards through direct observation, key performance indicators, and Trainer coaching
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams or department leaders to meet technical training goals (e.g., gather stakeholder requirements and provide progress updates)

What You'll Need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in related field, 10 years experience of related experience in a manufacturing and/or training environment Required

Experience in Med device industry, Pharma, and/ or cleanroom environment. Experience with manual processes and

Conversational and reading/writing command of the English language being at a B2 level or above Required C1-C2 is Preferred

Other: Demonstrated experience in data analytics Required
What Else We Look For (Preferred):

Proven successful project management expertise

Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably JDE

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Extensive understanding of technical training procedures while defining team operating standards and ensuring essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

Extensive understanding of related aspects of technical training processes and/or systems including training function, Training Processes and Systems, Product Training SOP’s and Work Instructions, Good 'X" Practices (GxP), and Manufacturing Operations

Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of technical training to the business

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and stakeholders
