Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead pivotal technical programs within our Enterprise Services & Experiences division. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust experience in program management and a knack for steering cross-functional teams toward success.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Spearhead the planning and execution of intricate technical programs, aligning them with our strategic business objectives

• Team Development and Management: Manage a diverse group of managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and high performance

• Operational Excellence: Drive the operational aspects of product development, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency that meet customer expectations

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define program goals and deliverables that propel business objectives

• Global Team Coordination: Oversee globally dispersed teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity

• Continuous Improvement: Champion innovative solutions and process enhancements to continually elevate our program management practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields

• Professional Experience: At least 15 years in technical program management within software and product management, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams

• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,800 and $231,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
