What will you be doing?
At Circana, our people are unstoppable together! We are looking for a highly skilled, consultative, full life-cycle technology recruiter who will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent through various methods of recruitment tactics. This is an individual contributor recruiter role and does not manage others. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for tech roles, combined with experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes. This individual should possess a deep understanding of full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, and thrive in a fast-pace collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, while developing recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
- Conduct and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, identity top target companies, competitors, or talent pools.
- Utilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, CRM databases, search engines, social media, and web mining techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Own the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with hiring managers and HR.
- Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy, with an eye toward internal and diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate slate from first presentation to finalist selection and offer, including negotiating salary terms.
- Keep data integrity top of mind and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always updated.
- Design creative job postings to better attract candidates and represent Circana on social in a professional manner.
- Lead and/or take part in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, supporting technical roles within technology-focused teams or business units.
- Experience with UKG, Eightfold, Microsoft Copilot, or other Agentic AI tools is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and customers.
- Excellent project management skills (i.e., critical thinker, manages expectations, follows timeline, communicates progress effectively, etc.).
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location
This position can be in the following area(s): Remote, United States (preferably within commuting distance of Circana’s Chicago or NYC offices for limited/occasional travel)
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 USD.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
