Strategic Recruitment Leadership· Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment strategy for VCC
· Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, VCC Management and Programme Office to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
· Lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, ensuring delivery against hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Manpower Planning & Costing· Collaborate with VCC Programme Office and Finance to align hiring plans with approved budgets.
· Analyze and report on headcount plans, cost per hire, and compensation benchmarks.
· Provide insights on workforce mix (permanent vs. contingent), internal mobility, and cost-effective sourcing models.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management· Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and market realities.
· Manage external recruitment partners, negotiate commercials, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Process Excellence & Analytics· Drive process improvements in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
· Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track funnel metrics, hiring velocity, and diversity goals.
Qualifications and experience- 8–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a lead role focused on technology hiring preferred
- MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Exposure to scaling hiring in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or in matrix organizations.
- Proven experience in manpower planning, budgeting, and cost modeling.
- Strong understanding of the tech talent landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, Excel/Power BI for costing models)
