Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition serves as the strategic partner to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and plays a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the Talent Acquisition function at PACS. While supporting select corporate searches, this role is primarily responsible for developing the operating model, recruiting processes, systems, analytics, reporting, technology roadmap, and hiring manager experience that will support long-term growth.
The Senior Manager partners across HR, Operations, Finance, and business leadership to create scalable recruiting practices, improve hiring outcomes, and establish Talent Acquisition as a trusted business partner.
Scope of Role
Support hiring strategy for critical positions.
Improve recruiting workflows.
Analyze funnel performance and identify trends.
Develop manager toolkits and interview resources.
Improve intake meetings and hiring discipline.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders.
Advise business leaders on workforce planning and market conditions.
Designs recruiting processes, governance, and operating standards.
Supports the development of recruiting dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting.
Optimize Workday recruiting functionality.
Evaluate recruiting technology and vendors.
Leads special projects, acquisitions support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provides leadership and mentoring as the TA team grows
Qualifications
Required
6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
Experience designing recruiting processes and improving operations.
Strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
Exceptional communication, influence, and project management skills.
Preferred
Healthcare or healthcare services experience.
Experience supporting acquisitions or high-growth organizations.

Work Location
This role is based at PACS Headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.
Travel
Travel up to 10% may be required to support business leaders, acquisitions, recruiting initiatives, and strategic projects.

What We Do
PACS trains and hires healthcare leaders, and provides a wide array of back-office support services to healthcare facilities, reducing administrative burdens so local leadership and care teams can focus more of their efforts on the care, well-being, and quality of life of their patients. The PACS team consists of 300+ professionals who provide accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, legal, risk management, information technology and other business advice and support from its headquarters in Farmington, UT, and satellite offices across the United States. PACS provides back-office administrative support to 321 independently-operated healthcare facilities in 17 states.
