Job Description
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Asia & EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy for Asia and EMEA regions.
This role is designed to drive operational effectiveness through a data-driven, and value-focused approach to talent acquisition, while overseeing RPO vendor management in region and optimising talent acquisition processes.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition with matrixed reporting to Head of HR, Asia & EMEA, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition strategies are effectively implemented, driving operational efficiencies and great candidate and Hiring Manager experience, and support workforce planning while maintaining compliance with regional hiring regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and collaborate closely with RPO partners to ensure smooth recruitment operations, cost efficiency, and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Review and manage vendor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to global KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts, ensuring alignment with regional talent market trends.
- Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
- Work closely with global employer branding and communications teams to enhance regional attraction strategies.
- Promote and utilise innovative sourcing methods, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and industry networking to strengthen the employer brand.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that aligns with regional business objectives and workforce planning.
- Drive end to end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to forecast talent needs and workforce planning to ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition, leveraging technology, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Data-driven Talent Acquisition & Market Intelligence:
- Utilize data analytics and insights to monitor recruitment performance, optimize sourcing strategies, and inform business decisions.
- Develop talent market intelligence strategies to provide insights into hiring trends, competitor analysis, and workforce planning recommendations.
- Ensure recruitment analytics align with business priorities by tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
- Proactively share market insights and the value of RPO partnership through data-driven reporting with regional HR community and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in managing in-house recruitment operations and working with RPO models in Asia and EMEA.
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on recruitment delivery.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using recruitment data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple regions and functions.
