The Role

• Reporting to the TA Director and overseeing all of Netflix hiring efforts across the Content and Advertising’s businesses for EMEA
• Manage a team of Recruiters and their workload to ensure capacity planning is accurate and that the team is meeting their annual hiring targets 
• Partner with stakeholders up to VP level and influence decision making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams across EMEA
• Managing all executive level hiring across EMEA for Content and Ads and partnering with our global executive engagement team where appropriate
• Build out talent pipelines for all business critical roles across EMEA and ensuring that these are kept up to date 
• Building strong working partnerships with the TA teams across UCAN and other regions. Being an advocate for knowledge sharing and thought partnership 
• Championing our ATS and ensuring this is being used to its full potential across the team
• Comfortable with presenting in front of senior stakeholders and larger forums on TA related topics

You

• A minimum of 10+ years experience within Talent Acquisition working within the Entertainment industry
• A deep level of understanding within the Advertising space across sales, account management, measurement and operations 
• Experience with managing a team of high performing Recruiters
• Diversity recruiting experience and managing inclusive hiring practices at all levels 
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting and using data to make informed decisions
