Senior Manager, Table Games Design
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for table game innovation in the Asian market? Do you have deep expertise in game mathematics, player behavior, and regional gaming trends? If so, we’re looking for you to lead our talented team in creating culturally resonant and market-driven table games.
About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, Table Games Design, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging, mathematically sound, and culturally relevant table games tailored for the Asian market. You will collaborate with a team of skilled designers and mathematicians, ensuring our games appeal to regional player preferences, comply with local regulations, and stand out in a highly competitive landscape.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design of market-specific table games that resonate with Asian player behaviors and preferences.
Innovate new gameplay mechanics that align with popular Asian table games such as Baccarat, Sic Bo, and Pai Gow, while exploring next-gen experiences.
Contribute to the mathematical design of table games, ensuring optimal balance between player engagement and house advantage.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends in Macau, Singapore, the Philippines, and other key gaming hubs.
Collaborate with artists, developers, and marketing teams to infuse cultural elements that enhance regional appeal.
Ensure that game designs align with Asia-specific regulatory requirements.
Work with Business Intelligence Analysts and Market Experts to fine-tune designs for maximum market adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
12+ years of experience in senior game design roles, with a strong focus on Slot or Table Game Design.
Deep understanding of gameplay mechanics, probability models, and the cultural significance of key table games in the region.
Experience managing multiple, market-specific projects across various Asian jurisdictions.
Awareness of player psychology and betting behaviors unique to Asian gaming demographics.
Knowledge of new and emerging table game trends in VIP, mass market, and hybrid digital-table formats.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation while meeting business objectives.
Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong mathematical focus (probability & statistics) or equivalent experience.
Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Bahasa) are a plus.
