The role enables enterprise level, fact-based decision making, supply reliability, and continuous improvement by providing standardized, compliant, and actionable performance insights aligned with Global Supply Chain and ESO objectives.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Accountability & Decision Making
Own and evolve global Supply Chain performance frameworks, KPI hierarchies, and target‑setting methodologies across planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
Provide executive‑level performance insights to Global and Regional SCM leadership to support strategic decision making and prioritization.
Govern performance discussions within IBP, S&OP, and SCM review forums, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes.
Problem Solving & Complexity
Lead complex, cross‑regional performance investigations using multi‑source data to identify systemic root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Anticipate end‑to‑end supply chain performance risks and drive proactive mitigation actions with senior stakeholders.
Sponsor and guide deep‑dive analytics on structural issues impacting supply reliability, inventory health, and service levels.
Functional Expertise & Knowledge
Act as global subject matter expert for Supply Chain performance management, KPI governance, and analytics methodologies.
Ensure all performance processes, reporting, and analytics solutions comply with GMP, data governance, audit, and documentation standards.
Define and steer the roadmap for performance digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Stakeholder Interaction & Influence
Partner with Global, Regional, and Site SCM leaders, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Master Data teams to align on performance priorities and actions.
Influence senior stakeholders and governance bodies without direct line authority to drive accountability for performance outcomes.
Represent Supply Chain performance management in cross‑functional and enterprise initiatives.
Execution, Projects & Continuous Improvement
Lead and sponsor global performance transformation programs, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and value targets.
Drive standardization and simplification of dashboards, reports, and analytics processes across systems and regions.
Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and development of performance analytics talent and communities of practice.
Specific Professional Competencies
Strategic performance management and analytics leadership
Advanced structured problem solving
Executive stakeholder communication and influencing
Cross‑functional and cross‑cultural collaboration
Program and transformation execution excellence
SAP end‑to‑end Supply Chain expertise; advanced analytics tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Analytics, or related field; APICS or equivalent certification preferred.
10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Advanced Analytics roles within a multinational, matrix organization
Proven experience leading enterprise‑level KPI governance and analytics transformations
Strong SAP Supply Chain expertise (IBP / APO / MRP / S/4HANA)
Preferred certifications: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Analytics (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2
