What You Bring
  • Deep Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Supplier Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on electrical and electronic components including PCB/PCBA, wiring harnesses, connectors, semiconductors, and power electronics assemblies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related STEM field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Shop Floor Credibility: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing and integration issues on-site at suppliers, particularly in PCBA fabrication and assembly, cable/harness manufacturing, box builds, and high-reliability electrical system integration.
  • Systems Thinking: Deep proficiency in AS9100, AS9145 (APQP/PPAP), IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and structured problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, 5-Whys, Fishbone) within regulated aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability electronics environments.
  • Strategic Leadership: Experience building or leading technical teams through an OEM production ramp, with the ability to balance immediate tactical "fires" against long-term process scalability.
  • Influence & Communication: Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners in Engineering and Supply Chain.
Desired Experience
  • Electronics Specialization: Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing technologies in an aerospace or high regulatory environment. Areas of expertise include: PCBA, wiring harnesses, avionics, flight control systems, and environmental control systems.
  • Certification Pedigree: Previous experience supporting FAA/EASA Type Certification (TC) or Production Certification (PC) programs.
  • Tooling Mastery: Expertise in assessing supplier tooling, fixturing, and test infrastructure for PCBA and electrical assemblies, ensuring robust process control, thermal stability, durability, and consistent quality at production rate.
  • Digital Integration: Experience leveraging PLM, ERP, and QMS systems to drive supplier transparency and data-driven quality decisions.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in STEM field of study. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • 7+ years experience in Quality/Operations/Supply chain management.  
  • Deep technical expertise of aircraft components or electric vehicle components

Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
