Job Responsibilities:
【任职资格】
教育程度:大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，机械制造类专业
工作经验: 8年及以上质量管理相关工作经验，5年及以上团队管理经验
专业技能要求:供应商APQP管理、GPMS项目管理、变更管理、内审员专业知识、IATF16949,ISO14001,质量五大工具、SRMA,CQI-9,VDA,机械制造专业知识、汽车制造专业知识、热处理基本知识、驾驶技术、现场审核技巧、统计技术等；
能力要求:积极进取，责任心强；很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；人际沟通、交往能力强，口头表达能力强；
其他特殊要求:无

【主要岗位职责】
1．维护/制定SQD管理策略

• 拟订和维护SQD相关体系文件
• 负责Mafact评审中相关模块工作
• 推动供应商端MQS体系建立和评审

2．供应商选点及PSA审核

• 组织新供应商和新项目开发的PSA审核工作
• 组织参与采购件新产品供应商技术交流和评审工作
• 组织完成新产品（采购零件）潜在供应商SQD评定，供应商选点SQD评价工作

3. 供应商APQP&PPAP管理

• 参与项目，批准采购件 APQP状态报告并推动风险问题解决
• 组织策划和跟踪采购件PSW按要求签发
• 组织确保采购件样件订单交付准时率和合格率
• 支持关注高风险供应商&零件开发
• 组织确保采购件产能满足商务合同量
• 批准GPMS节点采购件KP07提交物状态

4． 供应商过程变更管理

• 审核供应商过程变更的进展，支持上升异常问题
• 组织完成供应商过程变更零件的开发与PSW签发

5. 支持采购件降成本、国产化零件开发工作

• 组织参与降本活动
• 组织完成采购件降成本、国产化零件的开发与PSW签发

6. 部门内部管理

• 配合相关部门开展本部门岗位、招聘、绩效管理等岗位绩效管理工作
• 负责组织培训、团队建设、企业文化等部门建设工作

7．遵守与执行体系要求

• 遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
• 负责本业务范围的环境、职业健康安全管理工作
• 认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。
• 严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。
• 主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改
• 积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议
