Responsibilities
Lead delivery of subscription performance narrative across brands and strategic implications across cross-functional teams
Retention and revenue reporting, consumer KPI management (forecasting, templates, benchmarking), A/B Testing
Find opportunities for automation in reporting and analysis processes and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
Prepare executive reports and contribute to weekly status updates and cross-departmental presentations, and provide key inputs into weekly and monthly leadership updates
Build and automate statistical models to generate critical insight, form strategy, and influence senior partners
Establish and identify marketing goals; define measurable objectives and key results and critical metrics for the business and create tools and reports to ensure accurate and continued measurement
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
4+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, consulting, financial analysis or growth marketing analytics
Excellent communication skills, including synthesis, presentation and storytelling
Understanding of a P&L, and financial forecasting
Advanced SQL, Python, or R to extract, manipulate and model data.
Deep understanding of database technologies, specifically relational databases, data warehousing, or other database query tools and languages
Advanced data modeling skills and basic knowledge of analytics engineering processes and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a subscription or ecommerce role
Strong business acumen, product thinking and understanding of customer behavior
The expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
