Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategy Integration, Iberia

Reports to: Senior Director, Franchise Strategy, Iberia
Role Overview
As Strategy Integration Senior Manager for Iberia, you report to the Iberia Strategy Integration Director as part of the Europe-wide Strategy team, and play a key role in supporting, influencing and challenging our Iberia leadership team – ensuring alignment between vision, strategies, business plans and measuring results.
You will act as an objective advisor to franchise leadership and system partners, integrating system priorities, orchestrating strategic routines, and leading critical cross-functional initiatives that unlock long-term value. You will bring strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of system economics, and the ability to simplify complexity while fostering alignment across the system.
You will work in close collaboration with various Iberia-based teams, with the Europe Operating Unit (OU) Strategy teams, as well as with our bottling partner Coca-Cola European Partners Iberia.
What You’ll Do for Us
Serve as a strategic partner to the Iberia Leadership Team, supporting business decisions, business planning, and performance management through robust analytics and strategic tools.
Integrate holistic, actionable insights across Spain, Portugal, and the broader system to drive the growth agenda, both in‑year and future‑facing.
Lead the development, definition, and communication of the Iberia strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of system priorities and clear translation into market‑level strategies.
Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives, integrating analytics, competitive insights, and long‑term performance perspectives to shape strategic direction.
Pull and synthesize data and insights from multiple functions and systems to identify granular regional opportunities and convert them into actionable commercial levers.
Provide unified, insight‑rich storytelling for leadership forums and System Leadership Meetings, clearly articulating risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and forward‑looking implications.
Ensure strong preparation, governance, and execution of key system routines, enabling informed, insight‑led decision‑making.
Develop actionable competitive and market insights to support fact‑based strategic recommendations.
Act as a trusted, objective advisor to franchise leaders and bottler stakeholders, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and bottling partners.
Qualifications/ What we look for:
8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and delivering measurable business impact.
Solid business acumen: translate data into insights to help inform key business decisions.
Deep understanding of the local market, including regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics, and consumer trends.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, insight generation, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management, with a solid understanding of the Coca‑Cola system.
Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
Storytelling: clearly communicate ideas, storylines, recommendations to key stakeholders in a well-structured, formatted and compelling manner, able to turn complex information to visual and understandable information for different audiences - including strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel competence.
Show an ability to elevate speech and get the big picture, ability to voice up but also to execute the decisions made.
Transversal management capabilities and good project management skills, strong collaboration skills.
Business fluency in English required, Spanish Mandatory, Portuguese a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 10%).
