We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy & Planning to act as a key partner to the Country Lead for Portugal, supporting the definition, planning, and execution of strategic priorities across the market. This role will play a critical part in bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across teams, ensuring effective execution and strong connection between strategy and delivery in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Act as a strategic partner to the Country Lead, supporting key business decisions and market priorities.
• Lead commercial and business planning cycles (short, mid, and long term), ensuring alignment across CVM, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Prepare high-quality materials and insights for senior partners, enabling clear and effective decision-making.
• Act as a central point of coordination across SEA/SEU teams, ensuring strong alignment and communication.
• Monitor market performance, key critical metrics, and competitive dynamics, finding opportunities and risks.
• Bring strong knowledge of the Portuguese market to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, governance, and ways of working

• Strong experience in strategy, planning, PMO, or business management roles, ideally in digital or regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of the Portuguese market, with strong awareness of local dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate complexity into clear actions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and partner management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple teams without direct authority.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and reliability.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
