About The Role:

As a Senior Manager, Strategic projects, you will lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing business processes and operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams to analyse current operations, develop strategic solutions, and oversee the implementation of initiatives. Your expertise, leadership skills, and ability to drive change will be critical in delivering successful outcomes for the organization.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and document business process models and strategic plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate cross-functional forums to foster collaboration, ideation, execution and/or alignment

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates.

  • Mentor and guide junior stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

About You:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, projects, and client relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
