We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

  • As the Manager of Strategic Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for independently driving the development of a strategic point-of-view on critical business topics, as well as guiding the design of strategic initiatives. You will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, focusing on a strategic planning period of 2-5 years into the future.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization, working closely with leaders as well as internal and external experts to drive meaningful change and growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in frameworks thinking, business planning, data and analytics and self-initiation — including the ability to lead without formal authority — we encourage you to apply!

Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into existing systems. Build relationships, frame up key business decisions and influence stakeholders in order to achieve leadership buy-in and drive effective change management.

    • Shape and Manage Strategic Initiatives: Support translation of strategic direction into operational considerations. Help to design discrete programs in order to integrate leadership decisions around big bets into realizable results. Collaborate with functional leads to ensure initiatives’ alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision.
