The Strategic Finance and Analytics team leads decision support for company-wide pivotal initiatives; drives BI projects, delivers top-line key metric reporting and forecasting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and has the right blend of technical ability and business acumen to deliver key reports and business insights to leadership, including the CFO and E-Staff and the board of directors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the team scales and delivers strategic analytics and decision support in a cross-functional organization across finance, sales, marketing, customer success, product, enterprise data and operations teams

Responsibilities
-
Regularly report findings and key metrics to leadership, including E-Staff, to help guide decision-making
-
Using your technical skills and business acumen, you will perform analysis, build decks and dashboards to generate insights

Develop and maintain sophisticated financial, operating and forecasting models

Design, implement and track important metrics to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance and return on investment

Actively monitor and analyze data and trends, and formulate meaningful recommendations to management

Lead cross-functional initiatives, build organization consensus and manage multiple partners

Forge relationships within the finance organization and our business partners to drive cross-functional projects
Requirements
-
8-10 years of analytics, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or experience on a Strategic Finance team at a fast-growing company
-
Experience building financial models and developing automated reports and dashboards
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
BS/BA in economics, business, computer science, mathematics, engineering or related degree required; (MBA/CPA or equivalent a plus)

Previous SaaS experience a plus

Good SQL skills
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
