About the Role:

  • REAL ESTATE ADVISORY ASSIGNMENTS - Execution and Supervision of real estate advisory projects (Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Location Advisory, pricing Strategy, Product Mix Strategy, Business Plan formulation) across Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial & Warehouse sectors. Undertake site visits, market research, stakeholder interactions with Real Estate Developers, Marketing Agents, Government bodies, Occupiers, End Users, etc.
  • GOVERNMENT ADVISORY – Experience in executing Detailed Project Reports, Techno-Economic Viability Studies for Government projects, Client management and interactions with Government bodies.
  • Being abreast of the real estate market happenings in the region; Undertaking internal (within company) and external networking including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities for assignments/mandates
  • Business Development - Support business development activities along with reporting Manager, to source assignments and managing clients

About You:

  • 6-8 years of Experience in Real Estate Advisory / Management Consulting / Real Estate Research / Financial Modelling.
  • Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong logical reasoning & analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
