Job Duties: Build, lead, mentor, and grow a team of SQA engineers focused on Software Test, Software V&V, and Test Automation. Plan and deliver test execution (including Verification and Validation) on time. Participate as a hands-on technical leader and people manager. Collaborate with partner organizations including Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical. Work with software and systems engineering teams to understand requirements and develop and execute test protocols. Support the software development lifecycle and integrate new technologies and best practices when appropriate. Identify, manage, and mitigate technical and project risk through coordination with teams in R&D and external collaborators. Support long-horizon planning and budget activities. Identify, plan, and implement for areas of impact related to test automation, CI/CD, etc. leading to improved test frameworks. Drive strategies around development of test plan, test methods and tool validation.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field,s and a minimum of 8 years of experience in job offered or in a Senior Manager, Software Test-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$200,000 - $230,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
