Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality software aligned with strategic business goals
  • Drive engineering excellence across organizations, ensuring solid standards in code quality, feature reliability, platform scalability, and tech-debt governance
  • Develop, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers and senior engineers; influence hiring strategy, succession planning, and long-term capability building in partnership with leadership
  • Strengthen stakeholder alignment and executive-level communication across global cross-functional groups
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ADA, SOX) and corporate compliance frameworks
  • Oversee major incident management across teams, ensuring rapid resolution and implementation of durable corrective actions
  • Scale automation for build, deployment, testing, monitoring, and telemetry across the org
  • Use engineering and business metrics to improve system health, accelerate delivery, and achieve technical and organizational OKRs/MBOs
  • Champion user-centric thinking, business impact, and architectural excellence, while staying technically engaged and enabling teams through effective delegation and empowerment
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles managing multiple teams
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern development frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, automation, and monitoring tools
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience in setting goals, managing tech debt, and leveraging metrics for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and safe experimentation environments
  • Compliance & Security: Understanding of regulatory standards (HIPAA, ADA, SOX) and secure coding practices
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor teams, drive operational excellence, and manage global collaboration
  • Communication: Proven excellent written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement and team alignment
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve incidents quickly and implement permanent corrective actions
