Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex projects, ensuring technical excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading the development and implementation, planning project timelines, team performance and fostering a culture of innovation and automation using AI/ML within their engineering department
  • Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities
  • Influences the team designs and solutions. Mentors software engineers through code reviews, and hands-on design sessions
  • Code reviews are appropriately broken down in to reviewable chunks
  • Contributes meaningfully to code reviews of teams work, providing collaborative guidance in areas of strength
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in software development
  • Working experience on Agile environment with focus on faster Deployment frequency, feature cycle time, test automation etc
  • Experience on .NET Full stack Developer with HL7 and CQL. Should be familiar with
  • Experience conducting design and code reviews
  • C#, ASP.NET MVC alongside framework like Angular or React with a solid understanding of PostGres SQL
  • Working experience with Azure Public Cloud,Databricks, Python & AI/ML and automation
  • Solid experience in DevOps best practices in cloud native environment
  • Good knowledge of Entity Framework Core
  • Healthcare knowledge
  • Solid understanding of product management principles - prioritization, preparing roadmaps, cross-functional team collaboration
  • High-level understanding of building software platforms
  • Clear understanding of DevOps or CI/CD process, tools and its importance
  • Open-Source Tools and Framework
  • Git Actions, Git ,Sonar
  • Proven solution oriented and effective communicator
  • Proven ability to expand existing knowledge to learn new technology and process
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills, understanding of Data Structures
