We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineering Manager to build and lead a team developing neural graphics and AI-powered rendering technologies using deep learning and GPU computing. As computer graphics undergo its most significant transformation since the invention of the GPU, you will spearhead the creation of an extraordinary engineering team that brings neural graphics innovations to production-grade graphics systems.
In this role, you will architect and scale neural graphics capability within NVIDIA's graphics organization, and enable the next generation of AI/ML-powered visual experiences. You'll foster teamwork with researchers, lead system-level platform development, and create the engineering infrastructure needed to accelerate the transition from traditional graphics to neural-driven rendering at scale. What you'll be doing:
Develop and expand a team focused on neural graphics
Recruit extraordinary talent in neural rendering, AI/machine learning, and differentiable programming
Define strategic roadmap for neural graphics across NVIDIA's platform ecosystem
Lead system-level integration of neural graphics technologies across multiple platforms and architectures
Bridge research and product teams to translate neural graphics innovations into shipping products and platforms
Drive partnerships with research groups and industry to advance neural graphics capabilities and ecosystem adoption
Establish rapid research-to-production pipelines that bring innovative techniques like world models from papers to production
What we need to see:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
12+ overall years experience with 6+ years leading teams
Strong understanding of ML frameworks and AI technologies with experience applying them in production environments
Experience defining platform strategies across business units with demonstrated research-to-product transfers and measurable business impact
Excellent communication and leadership skills across research, product, and executive teams
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Profound knowledge in neural graphics and AI-powered rendering
Extensive experience with real-time rendering and graphics platforms
Industry recognition as a leader with a point of view through conference presentations (ie SIGGRAPH, CVPR), awards, or contributions to graphics/AI projects
Experience developing developer platforms or SDKs as well as a track record building research-industry partnerships
Hands-on experience with neural scene representations (NeRF, 3D Gaussian Splatting), world models, or differentiable rendering optimized for real-time GPU performance
