This role leads one or several Agile teams to deliver high quality products and services. It blends technical program management with delivery leadership - coaching teams, orchestrating dependencies, and ensuring all work aligns to organizational objectives and is executed against clear definitions of done. As an AI First leader, the role visibly models responsible AI adoption and helps teams embed approved AI tools into everyday workflows to improve efficiency and strengthen decision making.
If you are located in Hartford, CT or Eden Prairie MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Program & Delivery Leadership
    • Ensure all work across the product/journey (O&M, Capital, Tech Enablement) is captured, integrated, and aligned to organizational objectives
    • Define, document, and manage the Definition of Done (DoD) to uphold consistent delivery standards
    • Lead forecasting and capacity/demand discussions with engineering partners to support predictable and sustainable delivery
    • Facilitate the decomposition of Product Backlog Items (the what/why) into sprint ready work (the how) with engineering and architecture Partners
    • Identify and manage technical dependencies; contribute to integration strategy and technical roadmaps
    • Develop and maintain team level release roadmaps that provide visibility into customer value delivery
    • Drive prioritization to maintain a single, unified backlog across stakeholders
    • Remove process impediments and protect teams from external disruptions that impact flow
    • Maintain and communicate delivery metrics (flow, quality, predictability) and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • AI First Leadership & Responsible Adoption
    • Model AI usage in day to day work; coach teams to use approved AI tools to augment decision making, improve efficiency, and expand capacity
    • Create space for responsible AI experimentation within enterprise governance; reinforce compliant, ethical, and policy aligned AI usage
    • Encourage participation in AI skill building (e.g., AI Literacy, AI Dojo, leadership enablement) and help teams meaningfully apply new learning to their work
    • Enable the team to continuously improve how they work by creatively applying AI tools to reimagine workflows, elevate quality, and modernize their approach to problem solving

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years in software engineering or technology delivery (healthcare preferred)
  • 5+ years leading delivery teams in a fast paced or matrixed environment
  • 1+ years of demonstrated AI User mindset: consistently embeds approved AI tools into daily workflows and effectively coaches teams on responsible, productive adoption of AI
  • Working knowledge of Agile and modern delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the ability to apply them pragmatically
  • Proven solid grounding in SDLC, team level planning, backlog clarity, and release coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team level dependencies, risks, capacity planning, and delivery metrics to ensure predictable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Proven excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
