AppExchange is building the next generation of our ecosystem marketplace, extending the base and the boundaries of our platform, while infusing intelligence through every step of our customers’ journey. Requirements

  • 5+ years engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations.

  • Experienced agile scrummaster, keeping teams productive, aligned, inspired, and unblocked.

  • Passionate for your developers’ growth and success, providing technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members

  • Participate in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams. Partner with product owner(s) to align on objectives, priorities , tradeoffs and risk

  • Experienced with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, including supporting software in production.

  • Champion and drive a culture of continuous learning to improve execution.

  • An advocate for software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations

  • Foster a culture of empowerment, transparency, trust, and respect among development teams and partners.

  • Proactive, and comfortable creating order and meaning from limited specifications.

  • A related technical degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ownership of the whole software development lifecycle, including: Service ownership, Familiarity with CI/CD approaches, Experience supporting and troubleshooting software in production

  • Understanding of how to balance speed of delivery with maintainability

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Conversant with Salesforce Platform features and best practices

In office expectations are 10 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100.
