At Early Warning, we’ve powered and protected the U.S. financial system for over thirty years with cutting-edge solutions like Zelle®, Paze℠, and so much more. As a trusted name in payments, we partner with thousands of institutions to increase access to financial services and protect transactions for hundreds of millions of consumers and small businesses.

Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment.

Candidates responding to this posting must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States, for any employer, at the date of hire. This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship.

Overall Purpose

At Paze, we’re building a next-generation digital wallet from the ground up — not iterating on legacy systems, but rethinking how payments should work across banks, merchants, and consumers. This is a rare opportunity to operate in a startup-like environment backed by major financial institutions, where decisions you make directly shape the product, the platform, and how we scale.

We’re tackling hard problems across consumer experiences, fraud, and merchant integrations — building an ecosystem that is truly seamless and highly secure. We’re competing with some of the most established players in the digital payments space — which means the bar is high and the opportunity to innovate is real.

If you’re excited about building foundational systems, moving fast, and having outsized impact on a product that’s still being defined, this is the kind of role where you can truly make a mark.
