This individual will be responsible for creating scalable storytelling frameworks that translate product and workflow strengths into differentiated, customer-relevant narratives. They will partner closely with business unit marketing teams, commercial teams, scientific subject matter experts, agency partners, corporate brand teams, and regional stakeholders to elevate cross-portfolio stories and bring them to life through campaigns, content, events, thought leadership, and integrated activation plans.

In the near term, the role will support the development and refinement of strategic storytelling frameworks for an initial priority application or modality area, including audience strategy, narrative architecture, workflow storytelling, evidence mapping, content gap analysis, and pilot activation planning.

  • Partner with business unit marketing, portfolio marketing, integrated marketing, commercial, R&D, application science, and external agency teams to align on audience needs, claims, evidence, content priorities, and activation opportunities.
  • Use customer, market, competitive, and portfolio insights to shape storytelling priorities and ensure narratives are relevant, differentiated, and commercially meaningful.
  • Assess existing content, claims, scientific evidence, and portfolio assets to identify gaps, duplication, and opportunities to strengthen campaign readiness.
