Senior Manager - SAP-SAP Ariba SCC

Bristlecone Inc. seeks a Principal‑level leader to design, configure, and deploy SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (formerly Ariba SCC) within high‑volume direct procurement operations of beverage CPG manufacturers. The role will own end‑to‑end process excellence—from demand signal through PO, supplier acknowledgment, ASN, goods receipt, and invoice settlement—while providing hands‑on SAP MM and S/4HANA procurement configuration expertise. Reporting to the SAP Procurement – Delivery department, this senior manager will steer multi‑region transformation workstreams, advise VPs of Supply Chain, CPOs, and CFOs, and ensure the operational reality of ingredient, packaging, and co‑manufacturing supplier collaboration drives production performance and margin. Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (Ariba SCC) in high‑volume direct procurement environments.
• Lead the Supply Chain Collaboration workstream across multi‑region S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Partner with VPs of Supply Chain, CPOs, and CFOs to define and execute process excellence from demand signal to invoice settlement.
• Configure SAP MM and S/4HANA procurement modules to support demand, PO, supplier acknowledgment, ASN, goods receipt, and invoicing.
• Drive integration of ingredient, packaging, and co‑manufacturing supplier networks within the beverage ecosystem.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for forecast accuracy, component availability, and supplier commitment reliability.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and system optimization during hyper‑care and post‑go‑live support.
• Mentor and develop a team of SAP consultants and business analysts.
• Conduct workshops and training for business stakeholders on SAP Business Network capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP procurement experience, including SAP MM and S/4HANA configuration.
• Proven track record designing and deploying SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (Ariba SCC) in complex, high‑volume CPG beverage environments.
• Deep expertise in direct procurement end‑to‑end processes: demand planning, PO creation, supplier acknowledgment, ASN, goods receipt, and invoice settlement.
• Experience leading large‑scale, multi‑region SAP transformation programs with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of co‑manufacturing, co‑packing, and bottler supply chain models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and configuration.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership (VP, CPO, CFO).
• Hands‑on troubleshooting, hyper‑care, and post‑go‑live support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA Procurement) and Ariba SCC certification a plus.
