Responsibilities:
As an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Specialist within our SAP Center of Practices (COP) team, your primary focus will be on optimizing MDG usage to support our SAP overall processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance solutions to support regional and global SAP Applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure MDG functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Providing input on improvements and best practices for the different Master Data Domain (e.g., Materials Master, Finances Master, Business Partners Master).
  • Managing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments related to MDG projects.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage MDG capabilities to drive efficiency and cost savings in the SAP Applications.
  • Ensuring that MDG support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.


Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers. You should bring experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Good overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture, particularly in ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP MDG module.
  • Understanding of integration points between MDG and the rest of the SAP Applications and modules.
  • Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in MDG application and configuration.
  • Experience in managing large-scale MDG implementations and warehouse operations.
  • Program/Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
  • Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.


Additional Information:

  • 4-8 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
  • Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into MDG solutions.
  • Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • Education/Certifications: SAP MDG certifications, SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
  • Travel requirements: 30 - 60%
