The Role

Principal Activities

  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with global strategy
  • Drive sales growth in project (fore market) and aftermarket segments
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across the regions (SEA & ME)
  • Develop and implement channel partner development programs to strengthen market reach
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership
  • Directly manage relationships with high-value clients, EPC contractors, and end-users to secure "mega-project" wins
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Operations, and Engineering for localized offerings
  • Achieve regional sales targets for the region (SEA & ME)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction across the regional markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive financial accountability including revenue forecasting, margin improvement, and cost control
  • Lead talent development initiatives to build a high-performing regional sales team
  • Support digital transformation initiatives for sales processes and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regional regulatory requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategies and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Deep understanding of B2B industrial sales cycles and CRM systems
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

Experience: 15+ years of industrial sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role. Proven track record of delivering consistent YoY growth in APAC markets
