Partnering closely with sales leaders, you’ll build the programs, tools, processes and insights that help our leaders coach more effectively and our brokers perform at their best. From embedding new GTMs and improving sales processes to building AI capability and turning performance data into action, you’ll connect the dots between what we want to achieve and how our teams deliver it every day.

This is a great role for someone who loves bringing structure to complex initiatives, influencing across teams and seeing their work translate into measurable sales and customer outcomes.

Job Description

  • Turn strategy into execution: Translate commercial priorities and performance opportunities into practical sales enablement programs with clear actions, ownership and measures of success.
  • Make our sales processes better: Map broker and customer journeys, identify friction and turn processes into simple plays, tools and coaching guides that teams can easily put into practice.
  • Embed GTMs and change: Build practical adoption plans for new propositions, products, processes and customer experience improvements, ensuring changes stick beyond launch.
  • Build AI capability: Identify practical AI use cases and help sales leaders and broker-facing teams confidently and responsibly embed approved AI tools into their everyday workflows.
  • Equip our sales leaders: Give RBCs, Mobile Business Leaders, Inside Sales Managers and their leaders the tools, insights and resources they need to coach performance and reinforce the right behaviours.
  • Turn data into action: Use insights across leads, pipeline, conversion, broker activity and other performance measures to identify hotspots and target the right coaching, process or capability interventions.
  • Cut through the noise: Work with sales leadership to prioritise what matters most and create clear, actionable communications for sales meetings, leadership forums and team cascades.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Use frontline feedback, performance insights, pilots and retrospectives to continuously improve programs, processes and ways of working.
  • Bring teams together: Partner across Sales, GTM, Product, Operations, Analytics, Learning & Capability, Technology, Risk & Compliance and Communications to deliver joined-up solutions.

Qualifications

  • What You’ll Bring:
    • 5+ years’ experience across Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, Training, GTM or a related commercial role.
    • Proven experience turning business or sales priorities into practical programs that drive measurable performance improvement.
    • Strong program management capability, with experience delivering multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data, dashboards and KPIs to identify opportunities and guide action.
    • Experience improving or embedding sales processes, operating rhythms and ways of working.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams without relying on direct authority.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable messages for frontline teams.
    • A continuous improvement mindset and confidence operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience supporting broker, lending, financial services or distributed sales teams.
    • Experience delivering GTM programs, product launches or large-scale sales change initiatives.
    • Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, workflows or capability programs.
    • Experience with sales process mapping, continuous improvement or Kaizen-style methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, pipeline management and sales performance frameworks.
    • Experience designing sales coaching tools, playbooks or leader capability programs.
