Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Manager - Graphics Design / PowerPoint to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will support new business sales presentations, proposals, and sales enablement content. The Manager will lead a team of graphics/PowerPoint sales enablement professionals and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and PowerPoint specialists, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
- Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for new business sales pitches and proposals.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, formats, and layouts to enhance sales enablement content.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Provide creative input and design expertise to improve the overall quality of sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage project lists for the entire team while also contributing to design, presentation, and proposal projects personally.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in an agency or other Customer Experience Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) marketing and/or sales enablement department.
- Knowledge of video editing software and multimedia design.
- Familiarity with other presentation software (e.g., Prezi, Keynote).
- Ability to collaborate and translate inputs and data into compelling graphics and PowerPoint slides
- Previous experience supporting a Sales team with sales enablement presentations, proposals, and content.
- High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team ofdesigners who support the creation of sales enablement materials (proposals, presentations, whitepapers, graphics, images).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations and other design work.
- Elite PowerPoint skills with the ability to create complex animations and transitions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Previous experience supporting a Sales team with sales enablement presentations, proposals, and content.
- High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of creatives.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
